I help teams and organisations to understand, implement, and evolve their Continuous Delivery practices through workshops & training, mentoring, hands-on pairing with engineers, and good software architectural practice.
Continuous Delivery: Reliable Software Releases through Build, Test, and Deployment Automation
In particular, I focus on:
- Software architecture to enable Continuous Delivery
- Deployment Pipeline design
- Bottom-up test strategy
- Tool selection for key capabilities
Together with Chris O’Dell, I am co-author of Continuous Delivery with Windows and .NET (O’Reilly, 2016) which has a Foreword by the co-author of the original Continuous Delivery book, Dave Farley. The book is also used as a core text on the MSc in Software Systems Engineering course at UCL.
Follow @CDwithWindows on Twitter for updates on the book!
I also co-founded the 2500+ member London Continuous Delivery meetup group and PIPELINE Conference, the first conference in Europe dedicated to Continuous Delivery, loved by practitioners around the world.
